About CSULBSA

The CSULB Sailing Association is one of the oldest recreational clubs on campus. The club maintains its own fleet of boats in order to make sailing accessible and affordable for the university community.

We offer sailing instruction to CSULB students and sponsor many types of sailing-related events through the club. Our efforts focus on improving the overall skills of our students and promoting sailing as a life-long sport.

We welcome members with all levels of sailing experience, including those who have never sailed before.

Interested in joining? Learn more at our How to Join page.

Come be a part of the best sailing program in Southern California!

Attention members of the public:

Membership and instruction with the CSULBSA is open only to CSULB students and a limited number of faculty, staff and alumni.

Members of the public are encouraged to contact Leeway Sailing Center (562-570-1719) and inquire about sailing courses offered by the City of Long Beach Dept of Parks, Recreation & Marine.
